 We offer Pre-Fabricated Modular ot Wall / Ceiling Panel, we use high strength Steel sheet material like Stainless Steel 304 (Ss304) or Electro Galvanized Steel  sheet of 1.0mm to 1.6mm duly painted with VOC Free Paint or Powder Quoted The corners designs maintain to smooth flow of air circulation in Modular OT. /  Clean Room. Design and fabrication of ceiling are modular such as attractive  look and cover the laminar flow management system. We use special anti- -bacterial sealant in the joints to ensure hygiene 

 R-Med Laminar air flow are used for Modular OT applications,  pharma filling, operation theatre & packing line etc. Laminar Air Flow provides ultra clean sterile HEPA filtered of 0.03u class 100 air in a  isolated area where the highly sensitive process activities are carried-out.  Clean air CLAF laminar air flow available in complete stainless steel  construction or GI construction with PU coated finish. Equipped with  mini pleat HEPA with dynamically balanced ultra-low noise blowers for optimum airflow. Differential pressure monitoring done through magnehelic gauges. Various sizes can be manufactured and supplied to suit the specific  site conditions 

We Offered Surgical luminary system is essential equipment in modern surgical operating room. To identify the  differentiation in tissue structure during advance surgical procedure, which demands the high grade surgical lights to emulate the sunlight. Our luminary system provides highest ability to identify a red tissue structures (R9) and overall surgical  vision for different tissue identification (CRI).

We offered Modular OT Area flooring of 2mm thick Imported ESD PVC flexible  homogeneous compacted floor covering in tile of size 608mm x 608 mm,  suitable for use in labs, OT’s etc. and conforming to static electrical charge  EN 1081 5x104 = Rt = 106 ohms and Electrical resistance- ANSI / ESD 7.1  (ohms) 2.5 x 104 = Rt = 106 ohms the conductive carbon coated PVC pellets  create the permanent static-conductive properties. Its surface densely  compacted for improving wear and ease of maintenance. It have antibacterial and fungicidal properties.

R-MED Aluminum Extruded Powder Coated Box with approx. 576 LEDS. 1 Plate is 60 watts and 2 Plate is 120 watts, 3-100% luminous flux. Dimmable with blast and controller on the unit. 6000K – 6500K color temperature. 50000 hrs led light life. This is designed  flicker free luminance for the film viewing purpose. It have installed flushed with the theatre wall for hygienic and ease of cleaning purpose. The size of 940mm Width x 640mm Height x 50mm Depth. CE Marked.

Hermetically Sealed Sliding/Swing (Automatic/Manual)  Doors are used in our Clean Laminar Air for Operating room  to ensure hygiene and to keep the air pressure, air temperature  and air movement in control. It also provides space saving and  safety as its moving panel slides into the sealed compartment. Radiation proof doors are also available. For the convenience these doors are operated either manually or Automatically by  foot sensors and infra-red sensors are used for the safety
